Over time we've established policies and procedures that dramatically reduce the amount of down time our owners have to endure in the process changing from one tenant to the next.
We have designed a program of services that occur during each tenant's 12 month cycle. The process insures that we are in close touch with each home and each family living there. At any given time we can accurately report to each owner the condition of their home, the status of the family living there and what their future intentions are. We carefully determine, track, and provide for each owner requirements and suggested schedules for long term maintenance. This may include roofing, removal of dead trees in the yard; things that can creep up on you over an extended period of time. We are your eyes and ears, a clear path to the fewest surprises.
