Information for Prospective Tenants
At K & K Property Management we are dedicated to making your search for a new home as friendly and convenient as possible. Search our database of Available Properties, or call our office at (559)855-8354, to get current information on our homes available to rent.
Once you find a home that meets your needs, you will submit an Application for each adult 18 years and older that will occupy the home along with a non-refundable application fee. All applications are processed using our Rental Qualifications and Policies and will include pulling a credit report, checking rental references and verifying income.
